We operate an online directory and membership platform connecting wellness professionals (“Members”) with HR professionals and organisations (“Company Users”).
2. Definitions

Platform – the Corporate Wellness Collective website and any related services.

Member – a wellness professional who purchases a paid membership to be listed on the Platform.

Company User – an HR professional or organisation representative who registers for free to browse and shortlist Members.

User – any person who uses the Platform, including Members and Company Users.
3. Eligibility
You must be:

At least 18 years old; and
-
Legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
4. Memberships & Fees

Membership packages, benefits, and current features are detailed at Become a Member.

All membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Downgrading or upgrading mid-cycle will apply from the next billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued.

If a payment fails, we may suspend or remove your listing until payment is received.
5. Use of the Platform

Company Users may register for free to browse and create shortlists of Members.

Members must provide accurate and up-to-date information for their profiles and keep it updated during their membership.

You are responsible for all content you submit, including profile text, images, and videos.
-
We may edit, remove, or refuse content that breaches these Terms or is inappropriate for the Platform.
6. Content Licensing

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and promote that content for the purposes of operating and marketing the Platform.

You retain ownership of your content but must ensure you have the necessary rights to share it.

Where applicable, we may feature your profile, completed course badges, or other materials in promotional content related to the Platform.
7. Relationship Between Users

We are a directory service only and do not vet, endorse, or guarantee any Member’s services.

Any engagement between a Member and a Company User is a separate agreement between those parties.

We are not responsible for any disputes, loss, or damage arising from such engagements.
8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (excluding user-submitted content) is owned by or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:

Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

Post false, defamatory, or offensive material.

Infringe intellectual property rights of others.
-
Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
10. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; we do not issue pro-rata refunds.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms.
11. Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the Platform or engagement with other Users.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.
13. Course Access & Community Support

Certain membership tiers include access to online courses, resources, and community support through our Skool group.

Access to these benefits will be provided within two working days of successful payment.

Included benefits depend on your membership tier, as described on our Become a Member page, and may include:

Access to our course library with new content added monthly.

The ability to display completed course badges on your directory profile.
-
Weekly live Q&A sessions.

Access to downloadable templates and resources.
-
Monthly personalised feedback sessions.

Access to the Skool group and any associated content is for the duration of your active membership only. If your membership ends, your access will be removed.

We may update course content, resources, and community features at any time without prior notice.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
