Profile
Bio
Edit Gardner is the founder of The Wellbeing Edit Ltd and creator of the Pain-Free Period Protocol™ for individuals and Cycle-Aware Workplace Wellbeing Programmes for organisations.
She helps women in the workplace reduce hormone-related absenteeism, boost energy, and improve focus, drawing on over 20 years of clinical experience, specialist training in women’s hormonal health, and advanced academic study in cultural anthropology and ethnomedicine.
Edit’s career includes academic research as an Assistant Research Fellow at the Ethnologic Research Group of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and the University of Debrecen. Having personally undergone surgery for stage 4 endometriosis – and achieving lasting, pain-free health through natural strategies – she is deeply committed to supporting high-achieving women to perform at their best without sacrificing wellbeing.
Through engaging, evidence-based sessions, she empowers employees to work with their menstrual cycle rather than against it, enhancing resilience, productivity, and long-term health.
