Mandy Williams is the founder of The Welsh Wellbeing Coach, inspired by her career in the third sector and Higher Education where she saw first-hand how staff wellbeing underpins organisational success. With qualifications in executive and wellbeing coaching, and both practical and strategic experience in staff support, Mandy specialises in delivering a personal, bespoke approach that goes beyond generic employee assistance programmes.

Proud of her Welsh roots and a fluent Welsh speaker, Mandy brings a holistic, Celtic-inspired perspective to wellbeing—one that recognises the importance of body, mind and spirit while remaining accessible to diverse workplaces across the UK.
